What primary services do you offer?
The Secret Rose primarily offers weekly meal prep, small event catering, cooking classes and live cooking demonstrations. Depending on the event and type of setup, we may also offer food vending services.
What type of cuisine do you prepare?
We specialize in Southern American fare with a unique twist. We keep it simple and fresh, yet elevated enough to stand out against the standard macaroni and cheese or fan favorite, shrimp and grits.
How does your weekly meal prep services work?
To get started with ordering meal prep, please review the menu page and select from one of the 3 menus available. The menu is updated weekly to ensure consistent variety. Meal Prep ordering ends every Friday at 6pm.
When ordering meals for 3 days ONLY, please copy which 3 meals you'd like from the menu page and paste them into the special instructions section. When ordering 5 days worth of meals, you will receive all 5 of the menu options for your selected menu. No need to list your meals. When ordering Lunch + Dinner (BOTH), you will receive a duplicate of each meal, whether for 3 days or 5 days, to cover BOTH your Lunch and Dinner meal.
Delivery is included in the price. However, if your delivery address is more than 15 miles from The Secret Rose's operating kitchen, additional delivery fees may apply. Deliveries are made on Monday's after 6pm. Clients recieve text notification when meals have
What are the rates of your services?
Prices depend on the menu and guest count. We offer self-serve buffet menu, full-service plated menus as well pre-packaged, drop and go menus. We cater to each event and client to ensure all of their catering needs are met.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. The Secret Rose, LLC is a registered Georgia business with the Secretary of State. We are ServSafe certified, AHA CPR & First Aid certified, and our business holds a $1M General Commercial Certificate of Liability Policy.
What are your terms and conditions?
The Caterer hereby reserves the right to make small adjustments to a menu if certain ingredients are not available due to reasons that are beyond the Caterer’s control.
The Client agrees to pay the Caterer any additional services that are not included in a Catering Contract.
If the Caterer is prevented or delayed from fulfilling in part or whole of a Catering Contract due to war, riot, strike, and flood or by any other act or condition that is not within the Caterers control and which could not be prevented, the Caterer will not be held liable.
Cancellations made at least (7) days prior to scheduled event, will be charged 20% of the total estimated charges for the scheduled event.
Cancellations made at least (3) days prior to scheduled event, forfeit 50% deposit for the scheduled event. Cancellations made less than (24 hours) prior to scheduled event, will be charged full amount.
The Caterer will maintain a general liability insurance policy during the term of all Catering Contracts and the Client agrees to hold the Caterer harmless for any damage, theft or loss of the Caterer’s equipment, plates and utensils, including any motor vehicles, that may occur at the catered event by anyone attending events.
Applicable Law: all contracts shall be governed by the laws in the State of Georgia and any applicable Federal Law.
What is your COVID-19 policy?
As you consider booking your event, please know that the health and safety of you and
your guests is our top priority; however, in the wake of COVID-19, we have
implemented more stringent cleanliness, health and safety protocols to do our part to prevent the spread of this novel coronavirus. The Secret Rose, LLC (TSR) is committed to:
• Adhering to strict social distancing protocols.
• Ensure we maintain a healthy environment for all. Team members and/or affiliated vendors showing possible symptoms of COVID-19 – including, but not limited to fever
and persistent cough – will not be allowed to work or provide.
Furthermore, anyone who is known to have come into contact with someone who tests positive for COVID-19 will be
required to self-quarantine in accordance with CDC guidelines.
• Provide team members with recommended personal protective gear, including but not
limited to masks.
• Encourage team members, vendors and clients to wash hands with increased frequency and duration throughout event.
• Avoid handshaking and/or any other direct personal contact.
• Adhere to the guidance set forth by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
• Comply with any mandates or recommendations from local and state health departments.
• Increase frequency of our already rigorous cleaning and sanitizing practices. Please be advised, if the city, county or state where your event is held operates has a mask mandate in place, TSR and/or affiliated vendors will be in full compliance.
This includes the wearing of masks upon entry/exit to event space/venue, when using public facilities such as restrooms, and when interacting with clients and guests. Masks may be removed for dining and drinking.
We reserve the right to refuse service for failure to comply to this and other public health ordinances.
The Secret Rose, LLC assumes no responsibility for the legality or illegality of any event. The client shall investigate and determine the legality of any event.
The Secret Rose, LLC shall perform the contracted work in a manner that complies with its obligations and bears no responsibility in the organizing and planning of the event or inviting of guests. The client shall hold harmless and indemnify The Secret Rose, LLC for any disruption of events due to any governor mandate, department of health restriction, or other governmental order. The client assumes the risk of COVID-19 transmission and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Secret Rose, LLC from any liability linked to a possible spread of COVID-19.
We will be adapting and combining these practices with new precautions suggested by the CDC and the state health department as the safety of our clients and team members is always our top priority.
